The Trailer Spot, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Trailer Spot, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Phone Verification
All first time orders must be verified via phone before they are shipped. Upon check out, please make sure all information you provide is accurate. The Trailer Spot, LLC is not liable for orders that are shipped to a user provided wrong address. Absolutely no trailer orders will be shipped until they are phone verified and final payment arrangements have been made.

Prices
Product shipping rates are are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be at prices prevailing at the date of order. All shipping rates will be confirmed during the phone verification process.

Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable unless The Trailer Spot, LLC is able to resell your order at the documented price stated on your official invoice signed and kept on file with The Trailer Spot, LLC.

Returns - Trailers
Trailers must be returned within 14 days of delivery at buyers expense and may only be returned with documentation proving The Trailer Spot, LLC was directly and solely responsible for the documented error. Outside of said return policy, all product defects must be addressed through the manufactures stated warranty.

Returns - Part and Accessories
All returns must be post marked within 14 days of date shipped to customer. No returns will be accepted past 21 days from shipped date regardless of postmarked return date. No parts or accessories may be returned for cash or credit unless written authorization by The Trailer Spot, LLC has been given in advance of purchase. Returned merchandise that was shipped as ordered is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. The return of obsolete, discontinued, modified or special parts is not permissible. Merchandise shipped in error will be allowed full credit.

Damages or Shortages in shipment in route
The Trailer Spot, LLC is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left the warehouse. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against the carrier for any loss or damage, upon receipt of the merchandise. We will make a reasonable attempt to assist you in securing an adjustment for the loss or damage, providing you have filed with the carrier. Claims for shortages in shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Warranties
The Trailer Spot, LLC does not warranty any products, whether express or implied by, and is not liable for any product defects. All warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacture. In event that a customer has lost or misplaced the manufacturers contact information, The Trailer Spot, LLC will help its customers to make initial contact with the manufacture but has no legal obligation to uphold the manufactures warranty.
